I contacted Cobalt Smart Homes and within a very short time Mark contacted me with a quote for the installation of my Google Nest Wired doorbell. Shortly after that a date was set for the Doorbell to be fitted. I was extremely impressed with the service so far with no issues in having to wait to be contacted, a detailed breakdown of the costs (Which I believe were extremely competitive) and a no hassle, professional approach. Before I knew it we were up and running. I loved the product so much I purchased the Google Nest Cam, again, I contacted Mark at Cobalt Smart Homes, and a date was set! I absolutely love the choices I made with my home security devices, but I'm equally glad that I chose Cobalt Smart Homes to fit them. Mark is extremely knowledgeable, a consummate professional with a fantastic friendly approach. Nothing was too much and I would highly recommend for installation of any smart home devices or security devices and more.

Couldn’t recommend Cobalt Smart Homes / Mark highly enough. From start to finish: (1) Amazing communication - kept in touch during the week of the install process and even flagged that his installation vehicle was going in for MOT the day before. (2) Turned up exactly on time, and was nothing but professional and courteous throughout. (3) When the installation turned out to be more difficult than thought (owing to an unconventional heating system on our end) - Mark was quick come up with a creative and sensible solution, spending the necessary time to make it work and then ensure everything was tested prior to departure. We will be sure to keep in touch and would recommend Mark to anyone!

Mark was absolutely fantastic. Contacted him out of the blue about a fault with Nest Thermostat/Heat Link and he replied straight away offering sound technical advice. Helpful, pleasant and professional. What more can you ask for. Thanks again Miles Service: Electrical panel replacement or upgrading
